Ginger and Spice has been a reliable comfort for busy, tortured, exhausted mums in East Sheen for over 15 years.
Originally selling foodstuffs as well as flowers Jav has always served us with respect, good prices, value for money and a smile.
Now and for the past few years, Ginger and Spice has concentrated only on supplying delightfully fresh flowers for delivery in and around the Sheen and Richmond area. Fighting off strong competition from the Purple Patch, who then moved to Mortlake, and who have now moved onto other things, and from two other flower shops all within 50 yards of each other - it is Ginger and Spice that gets the recommendations.
The only shop that not only has a great range of lovely plants but that tries time and again to choose suppliers who supply flowers that will last a bit longer. If the flowers aren't kept cool in storage, from the netherlands, or wherever the particular flower comes from, then they don't last. Generally, in my experience, the flowers have lasted well from here. At least longer than I have had from the others on average.
Well here it is, the Upper Richmond Road stalwart is now spreading it's wings online. This brand new venture into online flower choice and delivery is the start of the brave new world.
